Quietness of Mind — "The Concluding Part"

The part one and part two of this article have been previously published. I encourage you to read them.

The benefits!

In the previous post, we see a clear distinction between physical silence and silence in the mind. In this concluding part, we will be exploring few benefits of keeping an undisturbed mind.

With a still and peaceful mind, it is easier for us to quit ruminating bitterly over the past and forge ahead with great strength and renewed mindset.

Overthinking is the biggest cause of our unhappiness. We seem to forget that we can't solve any problem by worrying. Relax your mind.

No matter what the failure is, be it job loss, a failed marriage, broken relationship, delayed academic admission, false accusations against you, a long time addiction, broken home, financial instability, or rejection, whatsoever! do not let your heart be troubled.

Get up, pick your lessons and move on with joy and peace in your heart. Worries should not be allowed to retard your growth. Remember that you still have a lot ahead of you and a sick mind will not be suitable at all to carry you through. Be strong in heart.

In terms of communicating with people during frustration, the truth is that, when your mind is loud and chaotic, your mouth will definitely amplify the junks and unthoughtful words in your heart. Relax your mind. Breathe in, breathe out and allow yourself to think deep but with clarity.

Always remember that the mind of a peaceful person is a mind free of struggles, rage, troubles, agitations, and anxiety.

Do yourself a peaceful favor by staying calm in the midst of life's chaos. You cannot solve any problem by stressing your head so be at peace with yourself.
