Do that cry if you feel like!
Yes, it's okay to cry when you are caught up in an overwhelming situation. Cry out the weight, cry out the burden, cry out your regrets, cry out your pains, but make sure you feel good afterwards.
The truth is, after the crying moment, you will eventually realize there was no single reason to cry. But please still cry when you feel like.
Most times, what follows the weeping moment is STRENGTH, COURAGE to move on, and STRONG HOPE that things will get better. You also become happy when you remember that the situation has successfully added to your knowledge. Tough times are meant to teach us lessons.
So, are you going through any depressive situation in your life at the moment? Do you feel like your world is falling apart? Is your emotion getting weak and damaged and you feel like crying? Please do not hesitate! Weep to your satisfaction. Don't restrict the tears. Let it flow. It's a way of shaking off your bitterness.
Crying is not a crime and it is part of the healing process. However, don't force it. If you do not feel like crying, do not cry. But when your eyes and heart are heavy with bitterness, regrets and guilt, please relieve them by releasing the tears! Let it flow please!
